REGIONAL STRUCTURES OF WFO
CHAPTER I - Definition
Rule 1
The Regional Structure consists in a Regional Committee and a Regional Office according to the Chapter VIII – Article 57 of the World Family Organization Constitution.
Rule 2
The geographical area of each Regional Structure is defined by the World Family Organization General Assembly, according to the Chapter VIII – Article 54 of the World Family Organization Constitution.
Rule 3
The creation of a Regional Structure is decided by the World Family Organizational General Assembly, according to the Chapter VIII – Article 55 of the World Family Organization Constitution with the participation of the majority of the World Family Organization members in so defined geographical area.
Rule 4
The Regional Structure is an integral part of the World Family Organization and organizes its work according to the World Family Organization Constitution, Chapter VIII – Article 56, Strategic Framework, Decisions of the General Assembly and the present Regional Regulations.
Rule 5
A Regional Structure is defined when in the geographical area decided by the General Assembly there are at least 3 different members from 2 different countries. |
