03/12/2005 - The Opening!
During the day, accreditation was held at the Hotel Parque dos Coqueiros. At night, the Opening Ceremony was held at Tobias Barreto Theather, followed by a Cocktail.

The delegations visited the “Mud houses eradication” program and the Atalaia Art and Culture Center.
08/12/2005 - The Closing!
The Practical Plan of Action 2006-2015 was presented, approved and adopted, followed by the Awarding Session and Closing!
